Day 23
Day 9 - I jumped on the scale today and noticed, I lost those 2lbs I gained plus 1 extra lb! So I’m now down to 125.6! Pretty nice if you ask me, hopefully I can reach my mini goal soon enough. I can’t even work out cause I got the h1n1 shot and if I even as move my left side of the body it tenses up and it hurts.. Gosh, I’ll just do it as soon as it stops hurting. I wonder if other peoples’ arms hurt as much as mine? Oh I just noticed my BMI is 24.5.. I’ve reached the healthy BMI stage. But I still want to lose my gut and love handles.. my legs and arms can definitely be toned down more.. HOW do I get rid of the inches there?
My arm hurt for 7 days after the shot.

Oh man, I hope your arm is less sore now after the H1N1 shot. I haven’t gotten that shot but I did get the normal flu shot this year. Congrats on losing the two lbs you gained +1…you are very close to your mini-goal weight! Keep up the good work.
