Day 1
Just started this, and I guess I should really start checking how much I’m actually going to stick to this. So this morning I had a glass of oj and it was delicious! I decided to start the Slim in 6 by Debbie Siebers to see if it will make a difference. I never realized how out of shape I was. I mean, I knew I was getting out of shape but I didn’t think it’d be as bad as it is. I got to get this going and remember to keep track of it. Phew, hopefully by day 8 I’ll see a notice on the scale if I keep doing it everyday. Those 30 minutes is pretty fast. By day 15 I have to start on the ramp it up.
